Actively Letting It Be!
A course to aid in practicing mindfulness, self-acceptance, and surrender.
Dr. Lisa Templeton will be teaching from her published book, Letting It Be: Mindful Lessons Toward Acceptance. This book is a finalist in the 2018 INDIES Book of the Year Award! The class is ongoing and addresses how to BE with topics such as breath, love, compassion, oneness, self-care, and mindful awareness.
